Messaging
Our creative team will meet with your communications team to discuss your patient communication strategy, your messaging requirements and show you examples from our vast library of existing messages to get the ideas flowing.
Step 4
Creative
We will create and design your messages for your approval. We can use copy or imagery supplied by you, or help your communications team to design new messaging from scratch. We can even repurpose your current posters, leaflets and other artwork into something that works on screen.
Step 5
Onsite deployment
Working with your IT department, we will connect your screens to our content management system and get your new patient communication platform up and running.
Step 6
Revenue
If you wish to discuss how you can make this entire project cost neutral, and potentially revenue generating, we will arrange for our Revenue Division Director to meet with a senior commercial director of the Trust. Their input is critical to the success of this element of the project.

On-going support and management
The service provides for unlimited new messages and text changes, so please contact us at any time with new message requests. We’ll also contact you each month with new messaging ideas, from current NHS campaigns to healthcare awareness events and seasonal messaging.
